Our Commitment

We exist to Encourage, Equip, and Multiply—believing that through equipping, we prepare leaders, strengthen churches, and advance the Gospel throughout Tampa Bay and beyond.

TBBA equips pastors and leaders through intentional discipleship training, strengthening them to faithfully shepherd their churches and multiply gospel impact across our region.

Our desire is to strengthen pastors and leaders through its Preaching Conference training, sharpening their biblical exposition and equipping them to proclaim God’s Word with clarity, conviction, and impact.

In partnership with ShareWord Global, TBBA equips pastors and leaders with practical evangelism training to boldly share the gospel and mobilize their churches for outreach in our region.

In partnership with Heart2Serve, the Tampa Bay Baptist Association provides a pastors’ cohort designed to sharpen leadership skills, strengthen character, and cultivate greater ministry effectiveness.

TBBA equips pastors and their leaders through Stewardship workshops, fostering biblical generosity, wise resource management, and faithful stewardship for the advancement of God’s mission.

The Tampa Bay Baptist Association hosted and will continue hosting workshops on the impact of AI and the church, equipping pastors and leaders to thoughtfully engage emerging technology with biblical wisdom and practical ministry insight.
