Our Association is privileged to equip our pastors and lay leaders in a number of ways. From formal training and conferences, to workshops and one-to-ones, our aim is to invest in our pastors to help them grow as men, as well as spiritually and practically.
Discipleship Training
We are committed to helping our pastors and churches connect to discipleship training resources. Look for our annual / semi annual events and conferences focusing on one-to-one and intentionally multiplying small groups.
Pastors Lunch and Learns
Join a few times a year on a Monday for our Pastors’ Lunch & Learn where we encourage and inform Pastors of various new ministry opportunities. The Lunch and Learn has become part of the culture of our Association over the years, as we are able to fellowship, network, and of course, enjoy the famous “$5.00 steak.”
Annual Preaching ConferenceEvery year we host a great preaching conference. We have been blessed to have Dr. Stephen Rummage as our instructor on more than one occasion (Click here for the videos). On another, we were able to have H.B. Charles Jr. come for a Friday night / Saturday morning schedule.
