The All for One Evangelism Training curriculum was developed to enable every believer to practice lifestyle evangelism at work, at home, and at play. The training is based on Colossians 3-4 and its primary inspiration comes from Colossians 4:5-6.

All for One is not an evangelism program to be implemented on a certain night of the week. Instead it stresses that believers are to daily live in an intimate relationship with Christ that compels them to care about, connect with, converse with, and continue with outsiders (those outside the family of God).
The All for One curriculum is a workbook that cannot change while the all41life.org website was developed to be dynamic and versatile. The links to the books, studies, websites, ministries, etc. that are currently on this website are all highly recommended as great resources for churches and individuals to use in their development as lifestyle witnesses. As new resources are discovered they will be added to this website so that believers can learn to share the good news of Christ in relevant and effective ways in an ever changing culture.

All for One can be understood and implemented through a three step process.

This 11:00 minute video describes some very unique features of All for One Lifestyle Evangelism Training. It emphasizes the absolute necessity for every witness to be continuously Spirit-filled or Christ-filled. Without the Spirit’s empowerment believers will quit being intentional about often showing and sharing Jesus with others. It also mentions that the training is to be done anytime and anywhere in triad huddles of one trainer with 2-3 trainees. There are ten other unique features mentioned in this video.
After watching the video, if a pastor(s) / leader(s) believes that this evangelism training strategy might be useful to their church, then they should show the All for One Overview video to some of the other pastors and church leaders such as deacons, elders…. If they also believe that this strategy might be worth investigating further, then follow the instructions contained in Step No. 2 below and watch the “Deeper Dive” videos together.

We believe our pastors and churches need to train and mobilize their members — like never before — to show and share Jesus with others anytime and anywhere. So, we invite pastors and leaders to take a “Deeper Dive” into more fully understanding our free lifestyle evangelism curriculum by going through all 62 pages of the curriculum while watching the four “Deeper Dive” videos.

Step No. 3 – Intensive Training

For All for One training to begin and grow, the senior pastor(s) and some godly church leaders need to be thoroughly trained in the All for One strategy. Pastors should prayerfully recruit some of the best leaders in the church to join him for this training. This initial 6.5-hour “Intensive Training” is available for free on our “Intensive Training” videos page.
After you have clicked the link (below) you will want to download and print out copies of the Trainer Guide (with Answers) and the Trainee Workbook for every pastor and leader who attends the Intensive Training. It is recommended that the training takes place on a weekend intensive (Friday night and Saturday morning – afternoon). Then each person (or couple) who is trained is encouraged to find no more than 3-4 people to train anytime and anywhere for eight sessions.
